Ronald Sieber and Dirk Bause have jointly formed the Management Board of SYS TEC electronic AG for five years. On December 31, 2023, Dirk Bause handed over his position on the Management Board to Tobias Paschke. During his tenure, he has made a lasting impact not only through his outstanding expertise and dedicated commitment, but also through his personality and humanity. Dirk Bause will remain with us as authorized signatory and Technological Director of SYS TEC electronic. As of 01.01.2024, we would now like to welcome Tobias Paschke as a new member of the Management Board. Tobias Paschke is 41 years old and holds a degree in electrical engineering. He has already gained over 15 years of valuable experience in the electronics industry and brings a breath of fresh air to the team. He is not an unfamiliar face for us, as he was already part of our team from 2011 to 2019. Since 2019, Tobis Paschke has held a central role at an international electronics service provider. "My return gives me immense pleasure, as I now have direct access to both development and production again, both of which are compactly located here in the company. I'm looking forward to working together again and the benefits of being able to solve challenges locally as part of the team. Of course, I will also benefit from my experience in international business," says Tobias Paschke. The new Management Board member sees the potential of SYS TEC electronic AG above all in its highly competent employees, who form a well-coordinated team and can demonstrate outstanding specialist knowledge. His personal goals include not only a rapid entry into the business, but above all the promotion of stability, a local network and sustainable growth. We look forward to a good and pleasant working relationship and wish Tobias Paschke a successful start to his new tasks.
