In 2018, a further expansion of the production capacities of SYS TEC electronic in Heinsdorfergrund near Reichenbach in the Vogtland region took place. The expansion now enables the traditional company to offer pure assembly services on a larger scale.

The electronics service provider SYS TEC electronic has been developing individual electronics solutions for customers in a wide range of industries for around 30 years. Since 2006, the production of the developed devices has been carried out directly in-house in the company's own production facility. This allows customers to be offered a comprehensive full-service package from their idea through development to series production.

The production expansion in 2018 included the commissioning of a second SMD placement line - from paste printing with integrated dispenser and automatic paste inspection to placement machines and soldering ovens. In addition, the storage capacities were expanded with paternosters and dry storage cabinets with nitrogen atmosphere. Moisture monitoring of the cabinets and recording of other process parameters is realized with IoT devices. A modern selective soldering machine, another in-circuit tester (ICT) and various assembly and test workstations were among the acquisitions.

With these investments, SYS TEC electronic was able to expand its service portfolio and offer targeted contract assembly on the market. Like development customers, assembly customers also benefit from the all-round service, advice from experienced engineers, our in-house EMC equipment and uncompromising quality standards. The flexible project and process management of SYS TEC electronic AG enables the particularly fast production of prototypes.
