Our intelligent controller sysWORXX CTR-850 is your solution for extended connectivity and customized field connection with integrated LTE modem. It is an innovative, Linux-based compact controller for universal processing of standard industrial signals.

Fast and powerful like the sysWORXX CTR-800, it can be integrated into applications in the shortest possible time.

The special feature of the CTR-850 is that it already has many interfaces for sensors, such as PT100, PT1000, NTC, analogue inputs for 0-10V/0-20mA, analogue outputs for 0-10V/0-20mA. In addition, our CTR-850 offers two independent Ethernet interfaces for separate networks and an LTE interface.  It is also designed to minimise energy consumption - ideal for efficient IoT applications in industry.

As a freely programmable Linux compact controller for automation and digitization, it offers you the simplest application creation in all common high-level programming languages such as C/C++, Rust, C# (.NET Core), Java and Python.

The CTR-850 can also be programmed as a PLC in IEC 61131-3 using the CODESYS programming environment. The low-code environment Node-RED can be used immediately for an easy start, even for non-computer scientists. The CTR module is ready for use with all common cloud providers thanks to standard protocols such as MQTT and REST.

The integrated LTE modem enables connection to cloud or IoT platforms directly from the field. Application-specific data can be easily aggregated via numerous local inputs and outputs as well as versatile communication interfaces. Our sysWORXX CTR-850 thus takes condition monitoring directly on site in the field to a new level.
